I really wish Firefox would stop updating. Back in the day, when it was in version 2.x and 3.x, I would eagerly await the updates to see what new features they put in. Now it seems they’re putting out a new sub-version every week and a new full version every month. When I can tell the difference, it’s only because half my add-ons don’t work, a critical piece of the GUI has mysteriously disappeared, and an irritating new feature has been added that I can’t imagine a use for, but isn’t easily removed. Now every time a major update comes out, the first thing I do is revert all the changes they’ve made–by force if necessary.
